Save yourself the headache and use a different company
We put our account on hold while we were building our home and have had nothing but issues with them since. They continued to bill after we had called and put the account on hold. (they never sent us any bills. We only found out about this balance when we got a call from collections) They are refusing to clear this balance for us and we have spent several hours on the phone with them trying to get this sorted out only to be told that someone will call us back, which they do not. We have reached out to BBB to help us and Fluent has not responded to them either. They are continuing to bill us and won't put our account on hold until we pay the charges that we never should have had to begin with.
