Wet Fix

I hired Steve. Excellent team. He is an older seasoned guy. Its been over a year and basement dry. 4 guys came and manually dug faster than machines, did solid job and backfilled. Love the team.

Had a sump pump installed by the Company. Part of the discussion was that this installation would qualify for the City of Toronto rebates. The Invoice states a City of Toronto license number, but unfortunately my application was denied by the city given the licenses has expired and as such the company was not authorized to do this work to qualify for the rebate.

Confirming that the Company has now renewed their business license

I talk to Steve and told him I have a leak in my basement, and he ask for some pictures and told me to make the hole a little bigger and put some Foam on it. Now it's not leaking anymore.
I would like to thank Steve for his unselfish Advice, I only spent 2 cans 0f spray foam as I did it twice.

Their quote was the best of all the quotes I sought, with flexible options depending on how the excavation went. In the end, we didn't need to use a sump pump, which saved me a bunch of money. Job was done fast, no damage to anything, and they even took enough care of the plants they removed that I was able to replant them after the job was done, and they all survived. A very positive experience in every way.

From beginning to end, the service we received was very good. The job was competitively priced and the work was done by a team of very hard and courteous workers. The company owner, Steve saw the project through from beginning to end personally and responded to any concerns in a timely manner. We had water diversion which was flowing from neighbour side to our backyard and making mud . Wet fix was able to divert that water away from the retaining wall between us and the neighbour and saved the existing retaining wall. Steve was so professional and happy to find him

Steve was very professional, he gave me 2 quotes to repair the north wall, I decided to go with the whole wall so as not to deal with this again in the future. As there was a gas meter & an a/c unit the area had to be dug by hand, The crew started on a Thurs. and they were finished on Sat. A couple of rainfalls later and no leaks.
