I had an issue with my old HVAC system, and every winter, I suffered from my furnace. I came across the name Pro Climate while searching on the Carrier website, as they are a main dealer of Carrier. The positive reviews encouraged me to contact them. They booked a free visit for me and traveled from Vaughan to Niagara Falls.
Armando was very professional and explained all the options to me. Initially, I was thinking about replacing only my furnace, but he provided me with an irresistible offer to replace my old AC as well with a new heat pump. We arranged a day for installation, and Mehrdad, his partner, did a great job with the installation and was very professional.
