The team that was sent out for window cleaning was terrific. Very thorough and efficient, they completed the interior, exterior and screens in about three hours total. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others needing this service.

As funny as it sounds, it was a very enjoyable experience. The sales rep and the three gentlemen who did the work were very punctual, courteous and helpful. The work was very, very good! Will definitely use their services again!

Eric and Nate were prompt, very courteous, tidy, diligent and responsive to feedback. Both were very professional and responsible young men. Hassan was also very respectful, knowledgeable and communicated well. The windows were all very well cleaned as promised .

The manager managed to squeeze us in and was flexible enough to change the scope of the job to include cleaning the windows inside as well. The crew arrived on time and worked solidly through the morning to clean the windows, inside and out. They maintained a very tidy workspace and tackled a couple very tricky locations for some very high windows. I highly recommend James and his crew for your window cleaning needs.

We have a large two story home on a farm, the students did and exemplary job, over and above what was required. (They even helped spray wasps nest that were out of our reach). They were professional, friendly and did a superb job. We will be calling again for their help, HIGHLY recommend their services.

Warning: Do not use them...poor customer service

The young fellows came and cleaned my windows but although I paid for my basement windows to be cleaned they were not cleaned. This happened in June 2021. I immediately called them and they told me they would be back to complete. Several phone calls and messages were sent. No response. I finally cleaned the windows myself and asked for a credit. No response from the technician that came or their head office. I must have called the head office at least 5 times but always get the courteous answering service that relays the message to them. Very disappointed! Never again will I use them.
