Student Works Window Cleaning

Warning: Do not use them...poor customer service

The young fellows came and cleaned my windows but although I paid for my basement windows to be cleaned they were not cleaned. This happened in June 2021. I immediately called them and they told me they would be back to complete. Several phone calls and messages were sent. No response. I finally cleaned the windows myself and asked for a credit. No response from the technician that came or their head office. I must have called the head office at least 5 times but always get the courteous answering service that relays the message to them. Very disappointed! Never again will I use them.
