Student Works Window Cleaning

I entered into a contract with a student (Jessica) to perform eave cleaning services in August. She came to do the work in early September with the wrong equipment and promised to return but never did. She was non-responsive despite numerous attempts to reach her and finally told me she was back at school and unable to do the work. I contacted the Company but they were unable to assist. The Company did not take responsibility for the student and her failure to perform the work. This was a terrible experience. Beware of hiring students who walk away - this Company will not be there for the consumer!
