Student Works Window Cleaning

I am very disappointed with how this job was done. The window cleaners were very nice, but they left a huge mess. I watched them clean the screens and the sills over my expensive rug and daughters toys, knocking dust and dirt everywhere. When I asked them to do it outside they did but I only witnessed them doing it at the very end, when they were on their final screen. They also knocked the dirt from the window sils all over the ground and furniture, instead of removing it. My house is now filthy and I feel that I wasted my money as nothing was actually cleaned, the dirt and dust was just moved elsewhere.

I have hired many other window cleaning companies in the past and none of them have ever operated like this. I chose this company, despite the quote being higher than others, because I wanted to support a student entrepreneur. But unfortunately this has ended up costing me way more money because I will need to hire a professional cleaner to come in and do a deep clean.

One thing I will say, is I did appreciate that the workers went back and re-did some of the windows that looked streaky and came back to clean inside the window sils when I asked.

I am very disappointed.
