Condominium Renovations review in

Melvin and his team completed our condo rental renovation on time and on budget. Scope of work included painting all walls, baseboards, ceilings, building new bulkhead for closet, installing new closet doors, installing new appliances, complete bathroom makeover, installing new ceiling fans and lights, painting interior of kitchen cupboards, new window A/C support base and various other misc items.
We are very pleased with Melvin's professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend. Our condo rental unit looks amazing and we should have no issues with leasing to a new tenant.
