Like other reviews, Joey communicated well (when he was coming (2 hour window), drain questions, etc.) and was prompt, personable, efficient, and cheap. He was about 100 bucks cheaper than another quote I got from another plumber. I will recommend Sewerheroes to all my friends, coworkers, and family.

Joey was friendly and polite during the service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and worked to get the drain operating properly in an efficient manner. I’d recommend this company for both emergency and preventative maintenance plumbing services.

I received a quick response to an issue with our toilet clogging easily. Although it wasn't urgent, Joey offered to come as soon as possible and my schedule was accomodated. I had an additional request last minute and Joey got me the item on his way. My toilet issue was thoroughly investigated and fixed and everything is working great. Thanks!

Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism received from Joey. Upon placing a call to have roots causing drainage and flooding in my basement resolved, Joey arrived in under an hour and cleared approximately 80 ft of roots that had been creating the blockage. Had an unexpected backup in our main sewer line this past weekend. Having been very happy with Joey's work last time, I called him directly this time around. He was at our house within a couple of hours and had the drain cleared in no time. For a Saturday last-minute repair it was very affordable and the job was done great. Hoping I don't need him again for a few years, but will definitely be my first call again next time.

Outstanding service at a very reasonable price! Joey responded quickly to both my request through Homestars and a voice message left on his phone to clear my blocked kitchen sink drain on a Saturday evening. Since he was doing another big sewer backup job, I was fine waiting until the next morning. He quoted me a very reasonable, flat price for the job, as opposed to the outrageous, overtime hourly price quoted by another company and advised he would contact me the next morning. He called at exactly the time he said he would the next morning and arrived exactly when he said he would. Within an hour he had the blockage in our kitchen sink cleared and also provided us with good advice about using our garburator. Joey is prompt, knowledgeable, professional. We were extremely impressed with his work, his customer service as well as his pricing. Although I hope that I don't have the problem again, Sewerheroes is definitely who I will call in I do. Absolutely wonderful service! After 4 hours of trying to clear the line myself (never again) I called Sewerheroes. Joey took my call at 3 am and was so supportive, we decided it could wait till morning and he arrived at 9 am on a holiday. I can't say enough about what an amazing job he did. He came to our place the first time but didn't charge us anything as the problem was a frozen main drain about 40ft out. He took the trouble to call the city to have them come to our place to see what they can do. Throughout this time he followed up with us to make sure we were taken cared of. When the city didn't find any issues (the ice cleared out by itself), he came back the next day with his camera to inspect the main drain and confirm his theory about the drain being frozen. He also took the time to clean up some roots that he found in the drain. For all this work he only charged us what he quoted when I first called.
