Sewer Backup cleared

We discovered a sewer backup in our basement and called Sewerheroes after checking Homestars reviews. Joey arrived within 45 minutes and was able to get through the muck and clear the main sewer line for us within an hour. What a relief. Joey was very personable and professional - took care coming in and out of the house, and even offered to come back at no charge if the line blocked again within a week. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Drain Cleaning

Had a backup in our kitchen/ laundry line on a Friday night. When I called Ducky's Drains Saturday morning they were unavailable until Monday but recommended SewerHeroes. I called Joe and he answered the phone and agreed to come in two hours - and showed up when he said. He was polite, professional and thorough! Good price and great service!! Highly recommend him to anyone!!

Plugged main sewer

We were cleaning out our furnace room when we dumped some dirty water down the main toilet in the basement. Right away the toilet would not drain down Stairs. We flushed the upstairs toilet's and then water started coming out of the sewer grate downstairs. I called superheroes . He diagnosed the problem quickly. He brought down his commercial sewer snake. Ran it in the sewer 40' in he found the blockage. He did a great job

Emergency drain cleaning

My drains backed up this morning and by sheer luck I was able to get ahold of Rob @ Sewerheroes (The actual owner) No voicemail, No machine to talk with, Not put on hold. Rob was friendly and gave an actual time of arrival and assured me not to worry. When he arrived I was put at ease...Very Polite and Professional and was able to show me the problem. Rob went above and beyond the norm and afterwards it was like he wasn't even there. The bill was very reasonable with No travel fees/ mileage added on. I strongly recommend this company and it's now on my speed dial. (If needed). Thanks Rob for saving me
