Very happy with the service. My Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine started to produce a loud banging noise every time it spins to drain water, especially when it is loaded fully.
I googled for an appliance repair services in my area and phoned two companies but one wanted an exorbitant service call fee while the other wasn't able to make it to my place anytime soon.
Max Appliance Repair was the third company I tried to call and they were able to dispatch a technician the same day while requesting much more reasonable call fee than the first company I called.
The technician was very polite and after I told him what the issue is, he suggested that the banging noise was a result of a worn out suspension rods and took another few minutes to open the machine and confirm his suggestion.
To my surprise he had all the necessary parts in his car and was able to replace the broken parts quickly. He then spent some time running a quick wash and spin cycles of the machine to make sure the issue was rectified.
