Order was delivered within the specified time of signing order. The salesman and the installers were were cortious and very perfessional.
The windows were installed in the given time frame correctly and very clean.
The installers were very deligent in cleaning as they went along and also took any garbage with them.

I got 5 windows and front door replaced by Ivory Windows. Gennady was very responsive and after some negotiation I got a good deal.Gennady did a great job installing windows and doors. He even replaced damaged casing around my sliding door, thanks Gennady . Installation took all day, guys vacuumed both rooms before leaving my house.

Gennady did a great Job for a fair price (I shopped around). He was able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time (note work was done on the hottest day(s) this summer had to offer). Gennady came back with a crew member yesterday to install a patio door (patio doors have an additional delay due to present supply chain challenges). I am very happy with the finish product.
