The Contractor, everyone should avoid. We paid him $10,000 deposit in November 2018. He took the money and never finished the renovations. He never supplied any of the Fixtures or Fittings, kept saying they were on order but nothing was ever delivered. The Sub Contractors supplied their own Materials. He never competed the project and did not return to the property after 11th December. Then all the Sub Contractors, Electrician, Drywaller and Plumber came to the property to request payment from us. He had never paid any of them, for their Time and Materials. He has not returned any of our money. So homeowners please be aware, as we are not the only peope he has done this to.
