As i was nearing completion on my full renovation i decided to enlist the help of Erik to complete my last bathroom, touch up other bathrooms & stairs.
We agreed on a price as i had most of the material to do the job. His demo guys were quick & efficient, now when the “plumbers” came the nightmare began. It is impossible that these guys were certified plumbers upon further review they came & had trouble building the rough in, the shower was fully loose after “completion” & they complained about a part that didn’t exist (part was actually built in) which had me running around the city looking crazy. Erik came by to pick up some money & the “plumbers” were complaining about not getting paid and not being able to reach Erik. Erik ended telling them to ask my mother to put them which he later on attributed to miscommunication. After that i asked for him to change plumber after a second opinion pretty much qualified the job as “botched”. He send another plumber and now we’re a few weeks behind so i decide to get my stairs done by someone else who ends up doing a great job. Erik never came back on site to check on the job after that because the money was paid. The last guy he sent also complained about money and he told me to pay him directly. 3 months later the job is almost done & we’re realizing that you can’t take a bath in the bathtub because the drain won’t hold the water & the bathtub isn’t as solid as should be, so i decide to call you Erik to no avail & he messages me apologizing and telling me he’s gonna send his plumber who then gives me a price for his service which should of been part of Erik’s responsibility. I speak to Erik by message again and he tells me he’s gonna message me with a solution in an hour, those hours turnt in to a few days now & i will now have to pursue further action.
