Brian's Masonry

Brian and his crew did an exceptional job in fixing the bricks on the front of our home. We had a huge problem with water coming in thru the flagstone at the top of the main window. His crew removed the bricks above the window to get behind it, they they applied an adhesive and blue skin material to prevent water coming into the house. In addition they put in new mortar and weep holes so that the water can exit out. When this was done they looked at the front and where there was loose mortar on the other bricks the grinded it down and added new mortar. To top it all off, they recommended that I added to downspouts to my existing eaves to ensure that water will not overflow and get onto the bricks. We tried to get the Eaves folks but they were all busy. To my amazement Brian and his crew picked up the necessary material and did it themselves. All this to make sure I was satisfied and the problem fixed. Can tell you that no other contractor would have gone above and beyond to ensure the client was this satisfied. Brian and his crew embrace customer care and job satisfaction with a passion you rarely see in the construction industry, they really care about customers and the care they show is something that goes above and beyond. I cannot say how grateful and thankful I am to Brian and his crew. Their passion, professionalism, care they bring to their work is unprecedented. They are the BEST of the BEST in every metric you can use to evaluate the work and service in the masonry industry. Want to add that their is no middle man between Brian and his crew, you work directly with him, he is on the job site to take care of his client, this ownership translates into a better job being done, i.e. the owner takes ownership.
