Very satisfied!! My bath tiles were falling off. Ronal responded very quickly and was very professional in providing advice in what actually needs to be done. He and his son started work the following week, very professional and courteous. The team worked very hard for 3 straight days from 8:30 am to 7 pm. They were also kind enough to do extras - cleaning a very tough blue stain (from lysol cleaner) on the floor tiles and caulking the vanity cabinet.

I am hiring them for both bath tile and floor tile replacement for my other bathroom.

One day the ceiling of our living room started to show water stains and we quickly called a reputable plumber (with the best reviews) and when he couldn't help, we called a reputable restoration company (with good reviews). Each spent roughly an hour and could not detect the source of the problem. Then it was Ronal to the rescue! Within 10 minutes of looking at the shower (sitting above our living room ceiling), he was able to pinpoint the issue! We were absolutely amazed. He clearly demonstrated his experience and knowledge with us and quickly we knew we found the right person to help us! Not only was Ronal knowledgeable and experienced, he was amazingly friendly and sincere - both qualities we value tremendously for people that we find on Homestars. In addition, Ronal and his son were respectful to our son's napping schedule and offered great tips for us!

Ronal and Andres were amazing!! We were not prepared to do an entire bathroom renovation and Ronal assured us that the bathrooms would look like new upon completion. They worked tirelessly even when we changed the project to include floor retiling. They were extremely polite and efficient and each evening left the workspace neat and clean and organized! This was supposed to be a simple DIY weekend project until it went horribly wrong. After two years of staring at a constant reminder of my failure, I finally found Ronal at FGS and he absolutely came to the rescue!

He was able to completely remove grout that had hardened for two years, completely covering a glass and stone mosaic backslash, behind my gas range (meaning food splatter and grease) and restoring it to how the original installation was supposed to look. Fantastic!

He was easy to communicate and work with. I absolutely recommend him for your grout related service needs.

We purchased a newly-renovated house with newly-laid kitchen, bathroom, and shower tiles, both floor and wall. A year after we moved in, we noticed the grout has disintegrated and the tiles were moving around. It turned out the tiles had been barely glued to the floors and walls and were mostly held together by the grout. On the upside, they came off really easily...

Ronal and his son did a great job gluing back the tiles that had become completely separated from the wall/floor and using epoxy grout in the hopes that the tiles that hadn't been properly glued but also weren't completely loose would be held together better. While I'm not sure how long this solution will hold, especially for the tiles that were not reglued from scratch, we're happy with it in the meantime and are happy we can get some more time out of these tiles without having to completely tear out our brand new kitchen and bathrooms.

The one thing to be aware of is to double check how much time is being booked for the work. I was initially told two days would be booked for the kitchen, only to later find out it was one day. Similarly, I had been told four days would be set aside for the bathrooms, only to find out that only two days had been booked. However, Ronal and Felipe worked tirelessly to get everything done in the time they were here, staying until close to 8pm one day, and managed to complete the job.
