Absolutely horrible! Everything was late, Justin was impossible to track down and would never respond, and even when our nightmare reno ended we still had to face repercussions from the city as well as utility company because none of his tradespeople had the right licenses and they created a fire hazard in our home.

At first it all seemed great, as the job was getting done we heard less and less from Justin, we could not get a hold of him, he would only respond by email. His workers didn't even know what to do most of the time. I gave the money upfront for cabinets only to find that they would not release them until I paid and I had to find a way to get them to my condo I had to give another $1000.00 which I took off the final installment. I almost had a complete breakdown. The cabinet maker was not happy either. Justin didn't finish the job and i had to get a cabinet guy to help install it. Justin has not seen the finished kitchen and didn't collect the rest of his money. Very disappointing

Justin and his crew did an amazing job renovating our 70's basement and laundry room. The finished result looks very high end and Justin stayed on budget. He also was a problem solver when it came to designing the laundry room/furnace room combo. The trades people were top notch and pleasant to deal with.
It was a real pleasure to deal with Justin, Jamie, Tommy and Emily.

Justin was very helpful, accompanying me to different tile companies to choose just the right tile and quartz for the countertops. He did a lot of the legwork and once the tiles, fixtures and other accessories were chosen, he dealt directly with the various suppliers. I could count on him to respond to any questions and follow -up. Emily was also very helpful and accompanied me to pick out the right quartz as well as lighting. The main work was done by Matt and he was great and paid a lot of attention to detail, including putting in a new sub floor and creating the niche in the shower and camouflaged drain in the shower. Tommy was also an excellent worker and his work flattening our stucco ceiling in the family room and painting was appreciated. The work took a bit longer than anticipated but the end result was worth the wait.

York construction did a fantastic job replacing my water damaged floor and refreshing my unit. They were spot on with their decision on finishes and the attention to detail was top notch. I would like to thank Justin, Jaime and Matt for making the renovation smooth and painless. Thanks guys!

I hired York Construction to remodel my very outdated washroom. They made some great suggestions regarding the design and finishes used. The finished product looked exactly like the designs and I was extremely happy. I would recommend them for renovating your washroom and making the most out of a small space.
