My garage door was replaced by Scarboro Garage Doors back in 2019. Getting a quote online and selecting styles/options was very easy. They were very helpful and professional throughout the process.

Removal and installation of the new door was quicker than I expected.

A minor problem with a bracket came up a few months after installation, but it was fixed promptly.

The work was completed in one day. The tech came in the morning and start working as soon as he arrived. He did not reuse and did a proper installation. Explain prior to completion how to use the remote, how the door functions, where and why he installed the photo cell, etc/
He did not left until he cleaned the door and make sure there was nothing left behind him.

Scarborough Garage Door did a great job, provided a lot of options and exceeded service by upgrading our door because of production issues with their mfg. the door took a few more weeks than anticipated even with the current lockdown in place, all safety measures to protect our family and their installer made it very reassuring.

Very pleased with the company and the end product. Very responsive and good communication; provided updates as expected and returned calls or emails quickly. Took a bit of time from booking to end of job but I wasnt in a hurry and they were dependent on the supplier for the door. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

My husband and I decided to replace our double garage door. We requested quotes from 4 companies. Scarboro Garage Doors was the only one to respond. We wanted a local company so we were happy. The installation went well except the button inside the garage which opens and closes the door was not working. We called the company and the installer came back the next day and fixed it. The door looks great and works fine now.

Salesman, Greg was over, took all required measurements and provided me with a quote which was quite reasonable after a discount.
I must add too, that Greg was very friendly, and answered any questions I had. He promised me that within six weeks I should have my garage installed. There was a slight delay in installation, but it was quite understood Covid-19 played a part. I am quite satisfied with the results of the installation done professionally by a very friendly installer.

Thank you Greg and his team for the professional work, I had a problem opening and closing the door my new door, the technician came the next day to give me a crash course (SENIOR) our garage looks great. A neighbour came over to have a look see, and is going to order a door.
