Had a quick turn-around on a basement reno project. We have used Exotherm for another project and found the difference quite significant in sustaining room temperature. The Team at Exotherm are undoubtably the most professional you will meet. From the initial job site inspection through to the final walk through you can expect nothing but professionalism and attention to detail. I had a really short timeline (3 days) and the team was able to find time to get my job done in time. I appreciated that they had a project manager that was my go-to as the project started and she was a gem to work with. The installers were on point and courteous and did a great job applying and even getting into hard to reach spaces. Left the job site cleaner than I gave it to them! I had shopped around as well and found their prices to be reasonable. All-in-all I would definitely use and recommend them for future projects! Small side notenot only does this company deliver exceptional service, but their impressive branding and eye-catching trucks will leave your neighbours intrigued, as if your house has become the set of a thrilling CSI episode.

We had a small storage space underneath a rear addition the previous owners had done. The was old baat insulation that wasnt doing much. Anthony and the team did a great job assessing the issue and getting the job done. Very satisfied with the work, only wish wed done it sooner!

The sprayed foam my cathedral ceiling, crawl space, basment walls and main floor walls. They were punctual, and reasonably priced. Did the project in 1 week and did a great job.

I used Exotherm to insulate few units in the plaza. Anthony was very helpful to explain the details of the project. He is a man of his word. Did exactly what we agreed on.Job was done professionally and on time. Prices are reasonable.

Anthony and his team were professional, hard working and efficient. Anthony responded very quickly to my inquiries and provided lots of information. We needed help insulating the entire basement. He was able to provide a competitive quote. He was also attentive to detail with regards to which walls were exterior facing, missing by others previously. He scheduled us with out delay.

We also needed help with framing our basement, and applying dry wall. We had issues with framing that wasn't done properly previously. Anthony's team was experienced, and assisted in providing new framing where needed, fixing the framing that wasn't done properly and adding barriers to the exterior ones where needed. His team also finished the dry wall efficiently and the painters we had come after wards remarked on how well it was done.

We had lots of questions throughout the process and needed to change some things along the way. Their team was always responsive. It was important to delineate the scope of the work before and what was in the purview of framing/dry wall vs other general contracting beyond their scope. Overall would highly recommend Anthony and his team.

Got someone in within a week to do a site visit - a quote followed within a day or two. Once I gave a deposit I was scheduled in within a week and the job was done in a morning. I had my basement exterior walls sprayed. Quality of work was great, the crew knew how to drive their large truck and park it, the were very clean and quick.
