We had some damages on our roof that were caused by an unknown reason. We asked Ben to come fix the problem since Ben and Top Tech roofing came to fix a previous issue 8 months ago. Ben responded to our complaint by saying, “this is not our problem. This was done by animal.” We called Ben to come check it out and get it fixed because Top Tech roofing offers a ten year warranty. Ben arrived and spent 1 hour arguing with a 73 year old man, his wife, and his neighbour. He refused to do the job and spent all his time fighting. Not only did he refuse to do the job, bu he also expected a good review in return. I believe bad behaviour never deserves to be rewarded especially when someone has been payed to get a job done. I’m extremely shocked at how we were treated by Ben and for this reason I want to warn anyone who is looking to do business with Top tech roofing. They are out for your money, they don’t care about treating their customers with respect and only care about the money they can get at the end of this.

The workmanship was very well done but we did experience difficulties getting them to honor their warranty. The roof is now fixed and we are satisfied with the finished product

The crew arrived on time and wasted no time
taking of the old shingles and replacing them with the new shingles. They conducted themselves in a professional manner.
