John provided great service - professional and thorough. John and Shawn were persistent in finding a solution to the drain clog in my laundry sink. John was available by phone to answer any questions. I was completely satisfied with the work.

Tried to replace wax ring on toilet ourselves and did not get it seated properly.
Called John, he sent one of his team, who also identified that a valve was shot - they got all the parts and reinstalled the toilet properly. Invoicing done on line and easily managed.
