Awful service. Do not stand behind their workmanship.
We had Tyler and his team install ceiling fans and recessed lighting. We have been having an issue with an installation of one of the ceiling fans and requested him to have a look at the fan and figure out if its an installation issue or the fan is defective. He refuses to stand behind his workmanship and is adamant on charging us $180 to come and look at the work that his team completed on 23 days ago. Awful service and would avoid these guys like a plague. Electrical installations are not a joke and he obviously doesnt stand behind his work. People like Tyler cannot be trusted and I hope people avoid this guy and his awful behaviour. Look elsewhere if you want your jobs done safely because this guy cannot be trusted whatsoever. People like him are money greedy and dont stand behind their work.

This is completely false information. It was explained that we warranty everything we supply and customer supplied product cannot be warrantied. This was explained before we started any work. I said I would be more than happy to come review the installation myself and IF there was anything wrong with what we did it would be completely free. All I did was warn you that if the issue was the product itself that we would need to be compensated for our time. Now you are blasting my company on every form you can find because you are mad that you would have to pay for services that would not be included in our original agreement. After being yelled and sworn at I told you I would not be treated that way. If there is any kind of issue with our work we always stand behind it.
