Tuesday we called Affordable Appliance to ask for someone to come out and give us an estimate to repair the oven on our stove. We knew the stove needed a new control panel, but we wanted an estimate on how much it would cost to repair. A technician from Junior Appliances was dispatched. He came to the house, looked at the stove, and told us that we needed a new control panel (which we already knew) and said he would get back to us the next day with a quote. He didn't. Three days later, after a full morning of phone calls, we finally got hold of a "supervisor" who informed us the cost was for only a diagnosis. Not what we asked for, not what we paid for. We were given all kinds of excuses for why a quote might take a little longer. If so, then the technicians should NOT promise what they cannot deliver. We are not happy customers and would not recommend this company to anyone.
