They called before they showed up. Very clean and efficient Polite and did a couple more things I needed done above their required duties.

Work done was very professional. Installer was also very courteous and also showed me how to do yearly maintenance on this new water heater.

He diagnosed the problem, explained what was happening to cause the issue and then fixed it. I wish all technitions were were this great, Kevin was amazing

I had a new kitchen installed and the company who installed the cabinets recommended Friesens for the hood fan installation.
I called Friesens and received a quote for a hood fan installation.
When the installer arrived he said they do not install hood fans and he could only install the roof vent end the duct work to where the hood fan would be. The installer did a great job but now I had to still get the hood fan installed. Also, they charged me the full price that should have included installing the hood fan.
I did not think this was fair and I called the person who gave me the original quote. He told me that when they quote for a hood fan installation it only means the duct work up to the fan. This is very strange. When I got a quote from a plumber to install the sink, he did not just install the plumbing, he installed the sink too. All in all I did not think I was treated fairly and I would not use this company again.

The installation was seemless and efficiently executed...the installer was kind, repectful, polite, and efficient. I could not have asked for better service. It was a pleasure to have this serviceman in my home!

I purchased a hot water tank from Home Depot for installation and removal of old tank. The next day Friesens called to arrange an install date. The installer Elliott called 15 mins. before arrival to let me know he was on his way. I was a little concerned about the delivery as I have a set of winder stairs into the basement with a tight turn but Elliott had no problems getting the new tank in and removal of the old one. The entire install took only 45 mins. and Elliott was very professional and answered any questions I had. I also talked to Frank at the office the next day on a few more questions and he was extremely helpful as well. All in all it was one of the best experiences I've had with a company and kudos to Elliott and Frank. I would not hesitate to use/recommend Friesens in the future.

Elliott called 15 mins before he arrived within the scheduled service window. Within just over an hour he had replaced the vented gas hot water tank and brought the venting up to code for a minimal extra fee. Elliott was quick and professional and got the job done quickly. All said and done buying the tank through Home Depot saved me around $1,000 over what several plumbers quoted me for the same job. Go with Home Depot (Friesens does the install) for your next hot water tank and save your money. Tank comes with 6 year warranty and 1 year parts and labour warranty. Other plumbers only offered 5 year warranty and cost way more.

Installer was on time, very professional, and went above and beyond what I expected with the quality of his work and service.

Best service ever, called ahead, was on time, removal and installation done in less than an hour. Pleasant and professional to deal with and even repaired another leaky hose. Keep this gentleman on staff.

Just had my air conditioning unit installed this morning with Friesen's. The salesman Barry was very professional & advised us which unit was best suited for my home when he supplied the quote. The installers Rory & Justin were excellent men & informed us every step of the process of installation. They explained everything ref the settings on the thermostat & cleaned up the area very nicely. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
