Excellent company. I admired them working in a heat and humid. It was one of the hottest day of this summer (august 2018) . Fast, efficient, polite. They made this move easy ride for me. I'm recommending Urals Moving Company to anyone. Great experience from the first email I sent to request the quote to the last minute of the moving.

I am so glad that I found Urals through the HomeStar website and I was able to see first hand why they have an impeccable rating of 10. Although I was a bit skeptical of such a high rating, I have to admit, it is well-deserved. I was so pleased with the quality of their service and the level of professionalism. Even after working a 16-hour job the previous day, the team from Urals showed up on time and ready to work. The guys were very professional, polite and detail-oriented. They took every precaution necessary to ensure there was no damage to the furniture or the property. I will definitely be calling Urals for my next move!

Urals Truck Team did an excellent job moving me from Toronto to Whitby today. They were meticulous, quick and pleasant. The truck team worked hard carrying heavy things up a flight of stairs. I would definitely recommend Urals to anyone.

Anton and crew picked up and stored all excess boxes and stored them, in perfect condition for two months. On moving day, 4 gentlemen, in 35 degree heat, worked from 9am, through the night until 1 am. They didn’t stop until everything was done to perfection.

Urals Provided us services a month ago for our long distance move. It took me a little long to tell everyone how good they are just because long distance move is hard and it take time to settle things down. But these guys are awesome. They definitely deserve a praise of their work. Not only their charges are much better then others in the market but also their services exceeds your expectations. I couldn’t have asked for better service. On really short notice, Urals helped me pack up my insanely disorganized apartment and moved it over to the new space with so much care. They brought everything you could imagine to make a move easy, including wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes and unlimited amounts of padded blankets and packing tape, all at no extra cost, as well as dissembled and reassembled my bedframe as part of the hourly rate, again at no added cost. You really won’t find a better rate, particularly for the quality of service they provide. They were mindful and protective of my belongings as though they were their own. These guys were considerate, punctual, patient, and polite throughout the entire duration of the job which was many long hours of labour - literally an all day move. I’m so grateful for how helpful they were to me during such a stressful time. A real gem of a company.

Urals and the entire team were absolutely phenomenal! From coming out and quoting, delivery of boxes, to the move day. They are professional, courteous, polite, friendly, efficient, on time, and go over and above to get the job done, without compromise of service. They take care of the detail and your belongings with utmost due diligence from down to the small detail of removing door handles on cupboards. Urals did a fantastic job start to finish. They wrapped all our furniture securely in blankets and took great care with our special items. They arrived on time (early actually - which was great). I have no complaints whatsoever. There was no slack time - these guys worked hard from beginning to end. They were friendly and very respectful of the home we were leaving and the home we were moving to. A job well done. I’d recommend them highly and would use them again. We had had a bad experience with another mover in the past but Urals has gained our confidence.

I used their services in December last year. It was late request but they managed to accommodate my request. They took care for everything including dealing with the manager in my building for some issues with the elevator. They were well organized and did not waste time. No damages or whatsoever. Very satisfied with their service and strongly recommend them.

Urals was a fantastic moving company for us. We had to reschedule to a week later fairly last minute and they were super accommodating. On move day, we had issues getting access to the service elevator despite it being booked and the crew worked around this by triple handling our belongings and still getting the truck packed in the originally estimated time frame. They were extremely professional and efficient. Nothing was lost or damaged in the move.
