Movers were professional and on time.
Three stops later and we were done! We had a bit of confusion at final drop off due to hardware being left at pick up.
Hopefully the destination location had screws to put table back together…

Septe 2021-second time around I wasn't so lucky with this company. It took a team of 2 movers 5 hours to move a 2 bedroom house to a garage in May took another team 9.5 hours to move from that same garage this time only a one bedroom house to my new house in september. Expressed my concern to the manager, of the difference on time charge, he was not overly friendly or helpful this time. I could not believe the difference in service. Changed my rating from a 10 to 4 for this reason.

May 2021 - This team was professional from the moment they gave me a quote to the moment I made the final payment. They came in, introduced themselves walked through my house to understand what was required and what I would need immediate access to and delivered as requested. I would not hesitate to recommend this team of professional, courteous movers to anyone. Great job everyone!

We sincerely apologize that our service was not satisfactory for you. We aim to provide the most excellent customer service and carry our business with high standards. It is of deep concern that our standards were not met in your customer experience.
We did go over your file and noticed that your 2nd time move with us took a little longer: 7.5 hours to complete, but not 9.5 hrs as you mentioned. It did indeed take a bit longer and we understand this is not what you expected because the first time you had moved with us it was 5 hours. Please understand that every move is different and the time it takes to complete it as there could be a lot of factors involved: walking distance from/to the truck, moving to a different location, weather conditions, ease of access to the truck or building, elevator access, etc.
We do pride ourselves for our quality of service, and regret to hear that standard could not be met the 2nd time you booked with us. You were, however, very happy with our service the first time you booked and invite you to give us another chance. We would be happy to give you a discount on your next move.

Prompt, Efficient Gentlemen

Our move from the apartment was very well handled. Our two movers were careful and very efficient. Helpful as well, ensuring the furniture we had not wrapped was protected and transported safely.

Second time using this moving company

Second time using this company. Great crew. Very hard working and professional.
Only down fall is they should do a in person check for amount of items needing moved. You can’t properly enter everything on their website

On site estimates:
We do make FREE on site estimates for clients who are looking to move long-distance, requires a storage service or looking for a packing service. When a client does not need to use those services but still wants an a more accurate estimate we have several options: we can take inventory of your house over the phone, Zoom call or if none of those work we will send someone to your home for a FREE on site estimate.

Inventory list:
We do have a place online where each client looking to move with us can enter the inventory of their house from the comfort of their home. The inventory link is not located on our website but is emailed to each client with their personal "Estimate e-mail".

I hired Personal Movers based on online recommendations. And I’m happy to say those positive reviews were bang on. The movers were very friendly and very careful with all the furniture. Personal Movers is a professional company that I would recommend to everyone. A flawless transaction. Quick and Courteous

Calgary

We used personal movers this week and we're very pleased with service. Booking the appointment was painless and accommodating. The 2 movers were very nice, hard working young men and they took direction very well when told specifics of our move. We'll be hiring them back when our project in the basement is complete.
