Worst Experience I’ve had Moving
Quite honestly the worst move I have experienced. From a modest 2 bed home, so not a lot of furniture they managed to break a stand up mirror, a desk, a chair a picture and then wrecked 2 reclining couches as they were clueless in reassembling them correctly. The staff were constantly on the phone to colleagues asking advice, then asked my contractor for tools to fix them. It gets more interesting in trying to contact Alfred, who knew of all these things, he outright denied that his guys had been responsible for this, and tried to pass blame onto me. I did get a small reimbursement for the wheel that broke off the office chair. Not even as much as an apology for anything else. Will never use them nor recommend them to anyone.

The condition of the spring was pre-existing, and while our team took all necessary precautions during the move, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for wear and tear that occurred prior to our involvement.
