First of all to be provided Pat as a recommendation meant that his previous dealings were exceptional, especially given that individual who recommended is highly particular. Upon greeting Pat I immediately saw why as not only was he courteous he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. When provided a quote there was nothing hidden nor add-ins which was great to see. When on the job site his personal touches such as tolerating my constant questions did not go unnoticed.
