Do not hire these guys!
My shingles, soffit, eavestroughs and fascia cost me over $15,000. To some that may not be much. To me, it's a fortune! With the old eavestroughs the front corner of the house always leaked and made it very slippery and dangerous in the winter as it dripped right at the base of the front stairs coming into the house. They assured me it would not leak when they were done. Not only did it continue to leak, but the eaves now leak all the way around the house! The elbow on the bottom of the eavestrough was not installed properly and the water was pouring out at the seam. My basement flooded for the first time in 27 years! We have a piece of 2 X 6 wedged under the joint to secure it now as they have been telling e over and over that they were going to come and fix it. They are not honouring their five year waranty. The flood in my basement cost me $7,000 last winter. I am now going to do what I should have done a long time ago. Take them to court.

Do yourself a favour DONT EVER deal with Patrick roofing on elm street ...I had a new roof put in on the flat part of my roof at the cost of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS...in the last 2 days its leaking like crazy ..the edges are leaking anf its going between the walls and the ceilings on 3 floors are soaked and buckling ...i called them and was told Patrick will not be around untill the spring so get some buckets ...can u imagine ...GET SOME BUCKETS ..im ready to ...GUESS IM GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT ...i really dont know what to.do right now ....omgggggg

Had water penetration due to an ice dam buildup on my roof. Patrick came in and cleared the roof buildup, strategically channeled the runoff and showed me how to prevent this in the future. Quick response, very good to work with, reasonable price.
