In dealing with Home Air Systems I encountered everything I like in a service transaction: Mike was easy to communicate with, gave us a clear quote, and accommodated us on scheduling; crew arrived on time and completed the work neatly and quickly; and all the updates and changes were explained in detail afterward. Was charged over 150 for a leak test recommended by the owner to determine where the leak was. Test was useless. 2 weeks later before the invoice was even due the owner threatened to put a lien on my house because he hadn’t yet received payment. I paid. Would not use again.

Wow!! I thought a 99% rating was too good to be true, but it wasn't! Our air conditioner broke on one of the hottest days this summer, and Mike was fantastic! Incredibly prompt response, arrived to check out the unit when he said he would, used a mask and social distanced, and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision about what to do with the unit. When we decided to replace it, Mike was once again very pleasant to deal with, and when the day came to replace it he was prompt and efficient. The work by Mike and his crew was fantastic, very clean, and we're very happy to have a working AC unit and to have someone trustworthy to use for any future HVAC needs we may have! Highly recommend!!

We bought a house wo A/C and knew we needed a unit before the Toronto summer. Home Air gave us a reasonable quote and quick turn around time. They fit the unit into the space we created even though it wasnt the easiest space to work in.

My A/C was old and not functioning well. Mike and team provided a detailed quote for a new system, answering all my questions quickly and professionally. I could not be happier with the quality, knowledge and professionalism of the installation.

Our old air conditioner was found defective and needed to be replaced. Home Air Systems Inc. provided us with a detail quote for installing a new system with explanation of all the work items that are required. Information of earliest possible installation date and time was also provided.
Mike and Al arrived punctually on the scheduled date and time to do the installation. The installation of the condenser unit and the duct work were done very professionally. The work areas were thoroughly cleaned up after the job finished.
