I had read the reviews and asked specially for Hamid. He was amazing. He pulled out the back of the gas cooker to show me where the mice were probably getting in . He also treated the furnace room and the heating air ducts, the pantry and under the sink. He was very thorough and explained how they get into the house in the first place and how they travel internally through wires and the duct system . When he left I felt very confident that my problem was well on its way to being solved and I have not seen any evidence of them since that initial first visit.
