Extremely prompt and professional, this guy was great.
He came in exactly on time, found the problem immediately, and fixed it very quickly. He then inspected the door and performed some maintenance, going over all of the parts and teaching us how to do the same.
Smart guy who knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.
