GS Construction was incredible. Our bathroom went from a dingy dungeon basement bathroom to a super bright, spacious and functional bathroom. We love giving our kids baths in there now and it's just a really warm and comfortable space. Graham was fantastic to work with as he continually kept us updated on project timelines and budgets. The project was completed on budget and on time. GS Construction has a really great crew of trades people who worked on our bathroom. They were all super nice, excellent at what they did and respectful of the space (busy family home with young children) that they were working in. I highly recommend GS Construction.

GS did a fantastic job for us again! From the conceptual design, to construction and installation GS was very professional and reliable. All of the work was completed while we were away, and we came home to a finished product and a clean house!

I had them install Ikea cupboards and they also put laminate flooring through out my kitchen, living room and hallway. You can tell they take pride in their work!

Flashing had been leaking for 20 years and the side of the house was rotted away from the top of the chimney flue to the foundation. Siding was coming off, sheathing had rotted away to sawdust, and 2X4's had rotted from top of 2 stories to the foundation. It was so bad that wasps had taken over and built nests in the wall which had access to the inside of the house, which was how we came to notice that the work needed to be done. GS Construction replaced all, fixed the leak, and reinstalled the siding which left the damaged area looking like new. Work started on time, came in on budget, and was finished ahead of schedule. Also, it was top quality work at a reasonable price.

Excellent work. All work in the kitchen and bathroom was done the right way and for a reasonable price. No surprises. Graham and crew are also excellent around the house - all work is cleaned up left in perfect condition. His access to quality trades is also outstanding. Highly recommend!
