Home Advantage Inspections

We hired Home Advantage to inspect a cottage we were considering buying and were very impressed with the amount of detail and useful information provided by Leigh. We decided to drop our bid, probably saving us a lot of money in the long run in repairs. Would have no problem recommending this company to others.

This is the most professional and knowledgeable home inspector I have ever met! His attention to detail was incredible. He had estimated 3 hours to do his on-site inspection, but spent over 5 hours carefully examining every detail about the cottage, boathouse and garage. Then he took us on a guided tour of the property for an hour where he explained his findings, and patiently answered all of our questions. The next day he gave us a 66-page report of his findings with over 100 close-up photos of what he discovered. The attached photo shows one of his many photos and diagrams. I strongly recommend anyone who really wants to know what they're buying (or selling) to hire this company!

I've hired Leigh for 3 inspections, the latest being a century home in Orillia. He is truly a professional and his attention to detail is unbelievable. His inspection reports contain so much information and tips for the DYI-er, it makes everything that much easier for me.

I would never consider buying a home without having Leigh have a look at it first.
