I was very pleased with the work that was completed. Very professional, job was done in a timely manner. No mess was left behind. And for a reasonable price. Amazing!!

We had an issue with our dishwasher and it wasn't draining completely. The technician came out and took his time diagnosing the problem and figured something was stuck in the pump. After washing my clothes, I noticed that my clothes were still soaking wet. I called Man With a Wrench for assistance, and they were able to instruct me over the phone as to how to test the washer properly, and were able to come to the conclusion that it is most likely a door switch that needs to be replaced. Even before I was offered the appointment, research was done to find out exactly how much the repair can cost, as well as an eta for the part, and possible appointment slots to accommodate the timeline. It was one of the most honest, responsible, and respectful services that I hired, and could not be more pleased. Oleg came in the following day with the part, and was able to complete the repair on scene, with no issues, testing the appliance with me when the work was completed to make sure I am satisfied. My fridge wasn't cooling and I needed the issue resolved fast. I called Man with a Wrench and Alex was able to break down the entire fault for me, and give me all of the possibilities over the phone!!! I didn't even have to pay him for the call. Alex was able to come out the next day with all the necessary parts and fixed it right away. He also gave me tips on my other appliances and probably saved me a fortune in the long run.

I emailed Man With a Wrench at 10 in the evening. He called the next morning and confirmed he could see me same day and offered a service window that was acceptable. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and repaired my dishwasher. He was courteous and helpful offering his opinions and left no mess. I would certainly call him again.
