My Kitchenaid freezer had been warming up periodically so booked a video call with Alex. He walked me through all the possible causes and implications and explained everything very clearly. He did this call for no charge. Through the discussion it was clear he seeks to explore low cost solutions before jumping to replace any and everything possible.
