Still waiting for parts 2+ weeks later....

Appliance Repair review in Toronto

Initially pleased with quick quote. Ordered replacement parts & paid extra to have them shipped within a couple days....paid a 50% deposit on work....it's now been over two weeks and still no parts for repair! Called them and they seemed not to care saying they will call once parts arrive for repair. NOT IMPRESSED!
