I consider myself very fortunate to have come across Gancy....he is super knowledgeable, insightful and a decent human being. I heard little critters in my house and was not going to take any chances. Called Gancy and he arrived the same morning. Did a perimeter audit of the house and through interior review. He educated me on typical entry points for mice and their normal routine once inside. Glad to hear the odd univited guest was normal once in a while but I wanted them gone. Gancy set up traps and distributed pellets accordingly. He guided me on how to monitor the situation to know his expulsion plan was working. He also encouraged me to call with any questions and would come back without hesitation. Gancy was genuinely interested in my concerns and understood how important it was for me to be proactive.
