I hired Gancy to get rid of an ant problem in my home. He gave me quote over the phone and arrived a few days later. He was respectful of my house and my concerns for my pets which he guaranteed would be safe with his treatment. He was done in 90 minutes and when he called to let us know he was done, he also informed us that the ants were different than what he expected and because of that, the treatment cost was lower so we actually paid less than the quote for the job. Gancy didn’t have to tell us that and just kept the money for himself but he didn’t and I really appreciate his honesty. He also followed up with us a month later to make sure the treatment worked and the ants were gone. I’m very happy with the service we received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gancy to anyone looking for a person they can trust to do a great job.
