Shakeel and Mr Ahmad came on time and quickly found the problem. They installed a one-way exit for squirrels to get out! They not only did an excellent job (please see pic attached), but also went extra miles helping me connect and tape the loose vent in the attic. Shakeel said he would come back again after 1-2 weeks to remove the one-way exit and I won't hear the squirrel noise any more. Their service comes with 3-year warranty.
