There's many places that do this work now without driving you insane making you call 20 times and somehow you think they will improve. They shouldve not taken the estimate , they didnt need my money. Simply its not a professional outfit. Staff you speak to dont get info they need.and customer service suffers. I advised someone to see the lovely granite slabs , a designer and now she wont speak to me. They wasted 3 weeks of her time too! ,did zero. when she thought tiles were coming. Watch out for the guy with palindrome name. Youve been warned.
