Do not make any business with this company. They would send you an incompetent technician, will charge you for the visit and will ask you to order $$$ of parts without any testing of your equipment. Technician came, run a cleaning test, confirmed it is not working as supposed and asked my to buy hundreds of dollars of parts 'he thought I need". Without any disassembly, inspection or testing. After he left I googled the problem, cleaned the filters myself and the unit works like new. I am very upset with their service and will take the case to BBB and court if required.
