So, 16% "tax" without advance notice and $79 turn into $100. The technician didn't really know what was wrong and then quoted me $510 for the repair he would have done. Don't be a sucker by using this company. They "have you" once they visit and they can tell you anything they want because they get paid one way or another. Avoid this company.
