Vitaly was our Tech. Our washer was not working. He did a great job explaining what was the problem and options to fix it. Not only did he fix it, but he offered to service our dryer as well to ensure that our family's appliances were in good working order.
The work was done on time and as promised. We really appreciate all of the great customer service. Would definitely recommend the company to others.
