The technician eventually called and fixed the problem. They explained that the delay was due to the delay in shipping and they were in the process of moving their office and hence were not able to return call in time

Dishwasher Repair
The technician was at our place 3 weeks ago Jul/10/2017 to repair our dishwasher. After checking it, he advised that he will have to order a new pump which would take 5-7 business days. When we called to follow up in the next week, we were advised that it may take up to 15 days. We have been trying to call the technician everyday for the last one week to follow up on the status. He is rejecting our calls and his voice mail is full. He took advance payment of $160.00 + $60.00 visitation fees and now doesn't care to respond back. We have guests at our place and we are cleaning our dishes manually for the last 3 weeks.
Pathetic service with absolutely zero concern for the clients. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
