My fridge stopped working on May 29 and required a heating element. The part was ordered but they made a mistake and ordered it for the freezer. After multiple calls and leaving many voicemails we were notified that they had made a mistake. They said they have reordered the part and now it's 2 weeks later with no working fridge and we are unable to get a hold of Igor or the technician Alex. They failed at communicating to us and are not reliable. I was told if they do not receive the part we would receive a refund...still waiting for that as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
