Samsung Fridge

My husband and I weren't able to use their service but after speaking with Igor, they seem to do their best at accommodating their customers - a gesture that's always appreciated!

Good morning,
My name is Igor and I truly understand how you feel, been wideout fridge for long time. As you call us on April 20 8:35 am, we provide you a same day service between 10-12pm and less then four hours my technician came on time.
You must understand the reason of the time windows for traffic and previous job delay, yet the tech
call you before coming and as You said came on time window.
I not shire if you remember that on the vey first time technician arrive he explained to you that parts required for your repair and the they are special order from manufacturer USA and it will take 5-15 days to bring the parts and you approve the job.
It doesn't matter witch appliance company you dictated to do to , all parts order in the same place they must be original from the manufacturer, this time it was us who had to deal with the order.
As my technician arrived with the part to instal it unfortunately the part came defective and didn't work.
I personally spoke with you and apologies.
I also gave you two options, that I can cancel the order and you will not pay for repair or to reorder back the parts and ones the fridge will back and running you will have the compensation for the waiting.
My technician send us report with your approval to re order the parts.
We did reorder the parts one again on the same day as promised.
Several days ago I spoke with you husband and updated him that we are still waiting for the parts from USA.
You must understand that we are not creating parts and if you want let's cancel the order and you will have your deposit back.

Samsung Fridge - 2 + weeks and waiting....

Our Samsung fridge w/ the bottom freezer stopped cooling on April 19. My husband decided to call Express Repair seeing that the website stated they could repair within a day. My husband spoke to Igor, who advised my husband that a service tech was to arrive at our house that same day between 10am-12pm. Great! So we waited, and waited for the technician to arrive - he didn't show up until after 12pm (not a good sign). Ivan, the technician, came in our house and tried to diagnose the problem but it seemed that he was having trouble as he kept going out of our house and into his car multiple times, on his cell phone (possibly with his manager? Idk). After three hours, he suggested that the problem may be the motherboard or the inverter and asked us to make a $250 deposit for the parts. Fine. Ivan mentioned that he'd come back later that week to complete the repair. The following day, Ivan called to say that we'd have to wait 5 more days for the parts to arrive. I was disappointed but fine I guess we'll have to wait. Ivan finally came with the required parts the following week, April 27, only to tell us 3 hours later that the parts he received from Samsung was defective.

Ivan also commented that night that he "...was tired..." (as a customer, I didn't really need to know that. I'm paying for your service).

So I spoke with Igor that night to let him know how extremely dissatisfied I was with the service and that we needed to get our fridge repaired asap. I asked him to expedite the parts so that our fridge could get fixed right away (*my husband and I have been in the service industry for 20+ years, and if it's a supplier issue we'd make certain that the supplier owns up to their mistakes, make them bend over backwards to keep the customer satisfied. Period!). Well, I can only say that Igor was unprofessional to deal with, only speaking above me while I vented over the phone.

I can't say any good things about this company. Every follow up came from us (the customer) and the company hasn't rectified the issue nor done anything to satisfy the customer.

To reiterate, we initially called this company on April 19. It is now May 4 - May 5 in less than 2 hours, (more than TWO weeks later) and our fridge is still not repaired, not even close to it. To me, this service is NOT 'Express Repair' , rather a very slow and painful one. I'll update my review when (or IF) the repair is complete.
