I called the hotline and they were able to get a tech out to me that day. I told them that my dishwasher was by Porter & Charles. The tech (Kirill) came and opened up my dishwasher and said that I needed a new part for it. The next step was to wait for his phone call.
Kirill called me two days later and he said the part wasn't available so my dishwasher couldn't be repaired.
I called Euro-Parts Canada myself (the part provider for Porter and Charles) and they actually DO have the part in stock. I told Kirill that and I even provided him with the parts number that was required for the dishwasher. He read my text and I followed up with him 3 days later to ask if he was able to get the part. And he said "no- me/my company don't work with that provider".
So now I'm out $100 and that's it. I can't believe this company won't get the part from the parts provider- this is absolutely insane to me that I've basically done the leg work for him and that he won't finish the job.
