I have called a few appliance repair places because the main board of my microwave is burnt and needs replacing. 3 of them said the microwave is discontinued and it is not possible for them to get parts.
Express appliance repair, came to our home to make a service call to confirm, yes the main board is busted, and that there are no parts. That will be 100$ please.
The technician was kind and pleasant, but the service call was not necessary.
