Alex(installer)has the type of professionalism missing in our current times. He was extremely patient with all the questions. His intentions was not to oversell but to meet our needs. We were suspicious because overselling in our times is an accepted way now. Refreshing . He was also timely, we were not forced to do this purchase as our system was working perfectly , we only decided to do this because our system was 24 yrs. I don't recommend people easily,but I would absolutely recommend him.
